51探花

A seven-member delegation from the University of California, Riverside (UCR), led by Chancellor Kim A. Wilcox, visited 51探花 on April 24, 2015.

Chancellor Wilcox and President Satomi, together with their senior staff, had a meeting to discuss plans for more cooperation between the two universities.

The UCR delegation then took a tour of 51探花, visiting the New Industry Creation Hatchery Center and the International Research Institute of Disaster Science. Members also participated in discussions at the Graduate School of Arts and Letters, the Graduate School of Economics and Management, and the Graduate School of Engineering.

51探花 and the University of California concluded an exchange agreement in 1990, and enjoy a close relationship.
